The FIIT app really does offer it all – if you’re after a workout programme from some of the UK’s best personal trainers, then this would be right up your street. Prepare to get a sweat on with Gabi Dawn Allen, learn all the latest tricks of the CrossFit trade with Gus Vaz Tostes from WIT or choose to improve your Pilates and yoga positions with Cat Meffan. You’ll be sure to find a workout you love.

The app offers hundreds of training plans, classes and group workouts on offer. Plus, you can challenge your own personal bests, track metrics and schedule workouts with others that have the app, so you really do get your money’s worth.

In terms of the pricing, it costs around £20 monthly, £15 quarterly or £120 annually. Although, if you’re not ready to commit straight away there is a 14-day free trial. The app can be purchased on the App Store and Google Play Store.

Instagram influencer Grace Beverley is the founder of the workout app SHREDDY. It follows the success of her ‘Get Shreddy’ fitness guides and promises to provide tailored workouts and meal plans to suit each of your individual goals. This fitness app offers a little bit of everything from recipes, workout classes to scaled workout programmes to suit your needs. SHREDDY is generally strength focused but offers yoga and cardio options.

It’s easy to see the appeal. The app’s sky blue and pastel yellow logo has clearly been designed with an insta-generation in mind. Also, with its latest update this January the app offers all new guides for you to kickstart your new fitness journey, just in time for post-lockdown life.

The Body Coach

British fitness coach, Joe Wicks launched his health and fitness app, The Body Coach, in December 2020. While he’s known for his at-home HIIT sessions, his app includes a whole variety of gym workouts. He originally found fame through his 90-day plan program, which is now available in app form and guides you through a three-month gym and nutrition plan.
